How Five Production Departments Turn Ideas into Scalable Products
A closer look at how sewing, metalwork, powder coating, injection molding and assembly work together to support consistent OEM and ODM production.

How Five Production Departments Turn Ideas into Scalable Products
Bringing a baby, kids’ ride-on or pet product from concept to mass production requires more than a single production line. It requires coordinated decisions across materials, structural components, appearance, assembly and final inspection.
Founded in 2001 in Nantou Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, our company has developed an integrated manufacturing system supported by more than 850 employees and a product development team of over 30 people. Five production departments—sewing, metalwork, powder coating, injection molding and assembly—work together to move projects from sample development to repeatable production.
1. Sewing: turning soft materials into repeatable components
The sewing department handles fabric covers, mesh panels, straps, storage pockets and other soft components. During sampling, the team checks dimensions, seam positions, reinforcement areas and assembly compatibility before specifications are transferred to production.
2. Metalwork: building the product structure
Metal tubes, brackets and supporting frames must match the intended product dimensions and load requirements. The metalwork team works from confirmed drawings and samples to control cutting, forming, welding and connection points.
3. Powder coating: protecting and finishing metal components
After metal components are prepared, the powder-coating department applies the selected surface finish. Color consistency, coating coverage and compatibility with downstream assembly are reviewed as part of the production process.
4. Injection molding: producing consistent plastic parts
Plastic housings, connectors, wheels and functional components require stable molds and controlled processing. Our injection-molding department supports both existing designs and customized parts developed for OEM and ODM projects.
5. Assembly: bringing every component together
Assembly is where fabric, metal and plastic components become the finished product. Work instructions, approved samples and inspection requirements help teams maintain consistency across larger production runs.
With coordinated departments and a monthly maximum capacity of up to 450,000 units, we can support projects from early sampling through scaled production. The goal is simple: reduce handoff gaps, identify issues earlier and give partners clearer visibility throughout product development.
