What to Confirm Before Requesting an Electric Baby Cradle Quote
Compare electric baby cradle quotes by fabric, functions, controls, power requirements and packing—not just the product photo or unit price.

Start with the configuration, not just the product photo. For our electric baby cradle, the fabric, functions, remote control and data cable are customer-selected. These details need to be listed in the quotation so you know what the price includes.
Write down the included components
A short configuration list makes quotations easier to compare. Use the same list when contacting each supplier.
| Item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Fabric | Material, color and care requirements. |
| Functions | The exact functions required in the quoted version. |
| Controls | Whether a remote is included and which functions it controls. |
| Power and cable | The required power specification, cable and whether a power adapter is included or supplied separately. |
| Packing | Included components, instructions, labels and carton requirements. |
Do not assume that every accessory shown in a photo is included. Ask the supplier to identify exclusions before comparing unit prices.
Check the sample against that list
When the sample arrives, review the fabric, controls, functions and included accessories against the quotation. Record any changes in one updated specification rather than leaving them in separate messages.
If you change a component after approving the sample, ask whether the price, sample review or production schedule also needs to change.
Separate production timing from arrival timing
Our product page gives a reference production lead time of 30–45 days. The starting point and final schedule must be agreed for the order. This is not an arrival-date promise and does not include international transport.
MOQ, sample fees and timing, carton dimensions, gross weight and the power configuration need to be confirmed in the quotation. If you have a launch date, provide the required arrival date and destination, not only the preferred factory shipment date.
Do not use a load figure as an age recommendation
A stated load capacity does not establish the appropriate age range or permitted use. Before ordering, review the instructions and documentation for the exact configuration and intended market. Do not treat documents for a different model as confirmation for the product you are buying.
What to send us
Send the model or product link, estimated quantity, destination, required arrival date and preferred configuration. If some options are undecided, list those questions—we can discuss the scope before preparing the quote.
See the electric baby cradle specifications and our payment, sample and inspection terms. To discuss an order, send a product inquiry. Specific arrangements are discussed case by case and confirmed in writing.
